Mini Maze Album

Ok everyone here is my first idea post. This is the mini maze album and a very very easy project to make. The one I have in the pictures is a halloween one but you can make one for any occasion or whatever you see fit.

Supplies needed:
4- 4" coasters
1- 12"x12" cardstock (your choice of color)
2- 5" squares of pattern cardstock of your choice
Whatever embleshments you desire
Mod Podge
Glue (Stampin Ups Tombow multi purpose adhesive is my favorite glue for this but whichever type of adhesive you have on hand will work also)
1 - 14" length of Stampin Up 1/4" grosgrain ribbon or any ribbon of your choice

Instructions:

1. First mod podge 2 of the 4 coasters together. Do the same the remainder 2 coasters. This then leaves you with 2 coasters. One for the cover and one for the back.

2. Then glue each of your pattern squares to one side of each coaster. You will be left with about an inch of hangover around all edges of the coaster which you will fold over to the inside of the coaster (Stampin Ups bone folder makes this simple) and glue. It works great to cut a bit of each corner out so that the paper will fold over easier.

3. Next measure and mark the backs of your two coasters at 2" then set the two coasters together and draw a straight line across them. Then set your coasters an inch a apart from each other, put glue along the pencil line you drew and glue your ribbon along that line (Remembering to keep your coasters about an inch apart from each other) Then set your cover and back aside for the moment

4. Now for the maze insert. Take your 12"x12" cardstock and cut it in 3 strips of 3.75" in width. Then score all of those strips at 4" from each end so you end up with 3 squares. Fold the scores like an accordian.

5. Now glue the three accordian style strips together by overlapping the end and beginning squares of each strip to get one long accordian style strip

6. Now glue the accordian strip to the cover and back. Now you have your mini maze album. Embellish the inside as you see fit.

7. I also added a strip of twill tape for the binding on my book but I've seen many without the binding as well.

If anyone needs any of the supplies for this project I can order everything including the coasters just leave a comment on here and I can get it!!

If you have any questions or concerns about putting this project together please leave your comment here and I'd be more than happy to answer it!!

Another Wonderful Day People!!!
